110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee has cords to a heating pad on the couch, a cell phone charger cord on the couch, long phone cord in the hallway accessible, phone cord by the chair in the living room that are all accessible and able to form a loop. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee has several plastic bags accessible to the children in the hall closet, but Dorothy removed all bags during this visit.
